Final Fantasy XV is getting an episode Ardyn DLC which is a new story expansion featuring the main antagonist of the game. This DLC is out on March 26, 2019, and it will be a separate purchase. There has been no information on its expected price by Square Enix.

Final Fantasy XV update version 1.29 adds this episode Ardyn DLC support to the game, which is presumably the whole DLC data included in the update itself since the download size of this update is more than 9 GB on the PS4 alone.

This series follows a fairly simple and straight forward approach to Tekkit and each episode is recorded to show something being built, created or set up from the Tekkit universe. It therefore kind of plays out as a tutorial to walk you through from the basics to the more advanced machine and setups in Tekkit.

The objective of this retrospective study was to investigate the relationships between fluid and vasopressor interventions and patient outcomes. In intensive care, it is imperative to resolve hypotensive episodes (HEs) in a timely manner in order to minimize end-organ damage. The current clinical practice is first to attempt fluid resuscitation and then to follow with vasopressor therapy if fluid resuscitation is unsuccessful. However, the effects of fluid and vasopressor interventions on patient outcomes have not been clearly established.

A total of 3,163 patients in MIMIC-II met the inclusion criteria. The multivariate regression results showed that fluid resuscitation was significantly associated with shorter ICU LOS (OR = 0.71, P = 0.007) and greater HSI (OR = 1.26, P = 0.04). Vasopressor administration significantly decreased HE duration (OR = 0.29, P P = 0.002) but was correlated with increased in-hospital mortality risk (OR = 2.86, P P P = 0.04), and rise in serum creatinine (OR = 1.44, P = 0.002). Sensitivity analyses in treatment-specific and diagnosis-specific subpopulations corroborated the relationship between vasopressors and increased in-hospital mortality.

As described above, aside from TEAS, cycle acceleration, first described decades ago, comprises the other major clinical concern when antidepressants are prescribed to bipolar patients. A number of studies from the tricyclic era seemed to suggest a link between antidepressant use and cycle acceleration (Wehr and Goodwin 1979; Kukopulos et al. 1980; Wehr et al. 1988; Altshuler et al. 1995). It is less clear whether this phenomenon is seen in any consistent way with more modern antidepressants-SSRIs, bupropion, SNRIs-especially if the patient is also on mood stabilizers (Bauer et al. 2006). In one study using modern antidepressants, an association was found between prescription of antidepressants and rapid cycling (Schneck et al. 2008). However, as noted earlier by Coryell et al. (2003), since episodes of depression (which then trigger the prescription of the antidepressant) often precede rapid cycling, the relationship between rapid cycling may be associative, not causal. Overall, only some of the prospective studies demonstrate a link between rapid cycling and antidepressant use (Carvalho et al. 2014).
